David was very helpful early in the process w/ flooring options and selection. He was very accommodating in making some proposal adjustments we requested. Jason & Brian (installers) came out to do the initial review of the project and take measurements. We consulted three other contractors but Jason & Brian really made Northern Flooring stand out. They called out several things during their initial visit that were not mentioned by any of the other contractors - I could tell they were seasoned professionals. Job took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was due to what they uncovered during demo. Jason and Brian took their time and were focused on doing the work properly, which we really appreciated. We're very happy with the final product and getting great feedback from family and friends already!

Not a big money maker for this company. I was treated like I just came it with a $20,000 job. John spent lots of time to make sure I was very happy with the new binding. The job was done the next day, the price was more than fair and John was a joy to deal with.
