  Allied Heating and Air conditioning turned out to be a great choice. I interviewed several different companies. The sales rep that came out to my house was very knowledgeable and provided with a very detailed multitiered perspective on my project It was well planned well thought out and nicely spelled out in terms of terms and features and price. I highly recommend Chris Laguna If you’re looking to work with somebody who wants to do the best possible job in your home. The installers were also highly professional, very likable and people that make you feel really good about the service that’s being provided. The job set was left, clean and clear of all debris and the furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater all function well.

  Allied has serviced our furnace for years and I’m always so pleased with how professional and helpful everyone in staff is. We had a new furnace installed today after receiving a quote from Chris, who was also helpful and very timely. We got this taken care of so quickly. Everything was nicely explained to me, and Jason did an incredible job with the installation. We always feel like we’re in good hands with Allied!

  I'm purchasing a home. My inspectors raised some concerns with the state of my heating and AC, so I wanted a specialist opinion - and I knew exactly who to call! I had the pleasure of working with Allied's Mike S. for this visit, where he performed a "clean and check" as they call it, on both my heat and AC. I could not speak to him in person because I was at work, so Mike called me and talked with me for over half an hour about his assessment of the condition of my equipment. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me clear, simple instructions on steps I can take as a homeowner to maintain that equipment. This added so much value to my experience. I feel much more confident purchasing this home now that I've had this work done. This is so much better than just relying on a general inspector. I really appreciate the time Mike took to talk with me and answer my many questions. He was a friendly and professional person to talk to! My family has been using Allied for 10+ years, probably closer to 20. We really trust their opinions because they have taken such good care of us and our heating and AC over the years. They are awesome. In my opinion, there is no substitute for the service that an experienced pro like Mike can give you, and their care is the best step you can take towards giving your equipment a long happy life. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone in the northwest suburbs who is looking for quality heat or AC service. I will certainly be using them again! My service was performed on 10/3/25. I made this review a week later.
