Initially, the person that I spoke stated that he couldn't make it that day, but guess what he did and had an estimate emailed to me the same day. I'm bad at names so don't hold it against me. The salesman came out to collect payment, and in what probably should've been a 15-20 min visit turned into an hour and a half visit. It was great. It was like talking to my neighbor and getting caught up on things without being sold on extras that I wasn't looking for. During this conversation, we started talking about my deck, as he had went outside to take a look at what needed to repaired. He ended up being 2nd reason why I decided to choose Advantex to do my deck. The 1st reason was because of the young man who came out to repair my roof. He was quick but thorough. He gave explanations before he started and a walk through after he was finished. It was explained to me ahead of time that they would try to match the color to the repair part as much as possible, they did so good that I see a difference. The roofers work is what made me let the owner know that I wanted to proceed with an estimate of my deck. And when the salesman came out the second time, I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions and everything was explained in full detail. Everyone that I've made contact with have been extremely nice, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them again in the spring.
