When we need carpet, Sherlock is the place to go!! We recently visited the showroom and talked to Dan Halicki!! He helped us decide on a carpet for our living room! Went though many carpet samples before we made a decision. He was always a text away. Crew 2 did our installation, they were very quick and efficient!!

I would not recommend Sherlock's to anyone that wants their floors done.
When Don our sales rep. was in our home measuring for the flooring he mentioned that we were also entitled to a "free" remnant area rug. We would just need to pay for the binding of the rug.
I don't know where the failure falls but... THERE WERE MANY... After signing for and giving the down payment to Don for the hardwood flooring to be installed we heard nothing. After approx. 10 days I called spoke with Don who had NO idea that no one had called to schedule the work. (who's job is it to make sure this gets done? I didn't think mine) We paid for furniture to be moved out of the rooms by sherlock. However the people that would be responsible to move our very expensive and heavy furniture was the hardwood floor installers (they did not want to move the china cabinets, we have two of them or our credenza saying they are too heavy. So they just pushed them from one side of the room to the other while installing the flooring.
Once the flooring job was complete we went to the storefront to pick out our area rug. We signed for it and paid for it. We were also charged an additional delivery charge apparently this process should have been done at the same time as the hardwood flooring order process. Which no one told us. Don was not there at the time. We were told it would be ready in two weeks. Three weeks later I called spoke with Sarah the receptionist (because Don was not there) first she couldn't find our order. Once she found it she was confused as to if we signed the purchase order and sent it back which I had already told her we took care of everything there in store. Then she said someone will have to call me back. The next day Don called me saying someone did not follow protocal and they did not forward the purchase order to him, he was unaware that we were waiting on our rug. He also said he had been on vacation for a couple of weeks (so if he was on vacation, then who would have been responsible to get this done?) Don said we would have our rug by Friday. Today is Friday, no call to set up delivery so i call, Don is not in today. The rug is still being bound and won't be back until next week Tuesday at best. We have been without our dining room and family room as we don't want furniture to be in the way for rug delivery/install since 7-25-25 today is 9-26-25. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GETTING FLOORING FROM SHERLOCK'S CARPET & TILE
