From my very first contact with Cheryl by phone, I knew that this business takes pride in its products and services. The entire team is dedicated to providing top quality generators, expert installation, and the best customer service possible. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in dealing with a home upgrade purchase/installation. Explanations were straightforward and thorough, processes were timely and complete - no bit of information was left in doubt. Cheryl and her team of experts were so patient with my questions, and I was kept well-informed from start to finish - I felt valued. A whole-house generator is a big investment. It’s gratifying to know that I made the right choice with CG Professional Services - and I’m so confident that this company can be trusted to handle all of my generator maintenance for years to come. I just bought peace of mind for me and my family thanks to Cheryl and her wonderful team at CG Professional Services.
- SJSaif JaberOct 28, 20251.0I’ve been a client of Jerry’s for about four years. He’s been servicing the generator at my home for all this time. About two or three years into it, I started to worry the generator wasn’t actually working. I felt like they were just charging me for visits and never really testing the system. Finally, sometime last year, he did a test while I was there, and sure enough, it wasn’t working. He ordered parts, took a couple of months, and charged me about $700 for that repair. Fast forward to about two months ago, when the electricity actually went out in my neighborhood. I was excited to finally see the generator kick in—only for it to turn on and then immediately turn off again. I called Jerry, and he said, “Sure, I’ll send someone out.” Next thing I know, they send someone who tells me the system is old and not really fixable, and then they slap me with a $350 “emergency” service call fee that I never agreed to. Jerry never warned me about any charge. And then they tell me if I buy a new generator at double the normal price, they’ll waive that fee. To top it off, I got an invoice stamped “No Monkey Business” as if this was all some kind of joke. In short, I just want everyone to be careful. This was not honest business practice, and I can’t recommend them.

CG Professional Services beat every estimate and had the shortest wait time for delivery. Many companies are 9-12 months for delivery. We received ours in less than 4 months. Everyone working for this family owned business was amazing to deal with especially Cheryl the owner and Sean who did the installation. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about generators, kind and, professional. We couldn’t be happier with the generator or CG Professional Services. I highly recommend them.

The tech Gerry was also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall so happy with the service I received and treatment. Highly recommend.

He changed the Necessary part needed ,performed a maintenance check and changed the oil ,oil filter and spark plug he’s a great guy who showed me how my whole system works. The other owner and receptionist Cheryl was absolutely amazing helping my wife and I book an emergency visit. She was understanding that we have children in the house and could not be without our power for a long period of time, she made sure to explain the situation to jerry who came over immediately I highly recommend them.
