    B&Z Heating has been servicing our heating and air conditioning needs for the past 20+ years. This morning we woke up to a cold house, our furnace stopped working. I gave B&Z Heating a call and Bob was out this morning to diagnosis the problem. The blower motor went out, our Carrier furnace was 9 years old so the motor was covered under warranty. The motor was not in stock at the local warehouse so Bob went above and beyond to drive to the north side to get the motor. He returned in the afternoon and completed the repair. All fixed and only needed to pay for the labor. Exception service by B&Z Heating, I highly recommend them!

    B & Z is the best. Bob and his crew responded very quickly and helped me make the right decision on a new furnace and AC unit. Unlike many HVAC providers I’ve worked with, Bob carries and can provide any of the major brands, so he does not push one brand and upsell for more than you need. He did a thorough analysis and test to determine the appropriate size systems and gave me options on good, better, best and associated pros and cons. Most importantly Bob is honest and trustworthy. Quick response, comprehensive evaluation and recommendations, competitive and fair pricing and high quality installation. Highly recommend B & Z!

    It’s 4:50 on a 90 degree day and my ac goes out. Robert was out here within 45 min and had my ac fixed in half of that. Prices were great, he’s super friendly, quality of work was great. A great business like this deserves your support!
