- VBV BrownNov 14, 20255.0Enrique was very professional and explained what needed to be done along with a price before starting. He cleared the clogs and replaced the leaking sink drain and cleaned up very well afterwards. This will be my go to plumber in the future.

I noticed my hot water tank was leaking on a Monday morning and Superior Rooter responded quickly and was able to send Enrique out the same day by 10am. WOW! Enrique was able to assess the situation, explained that I needed a "skinny" hot water tank, who knew. He went to the warehouse and he was back quickly to remove the old and install the new. Once done, he explained that I know have a Bradford White tank, best of the best. Its made in America and parts are usually easy to replace if so needed in the future. He explained how to care for the tank...it should be flushed every 2 years but yearly would be best. He also gave me a tutorial on a hot water tank...I always love to learn. I was very appreciative of the time he took to educate me. He cleaned up and you couldnt even tell work had been done. As far as price; to be honest I didn't have a chance to comparison shop. The company had a coupon on their site which I mentioned to Enrique but he said the price he provided was better than using the coupon. I did quickly go online to get anidea of what a replacement would cost and they seemed right in the middle, which is all I could ask for. I would definitely recommend Superior Rooter and Enrique!
