- PFPeggy FFeb 9, 20265.0So I was only given one opener from my landlord which I knew was going to get me. This morning it happened and I locked my purse in my car thinking I had it and shut the garage door. Luckily I could call from my home office. I spoke to Katie and she didn't have anything available until afternoon but I needed it in the morning because I had a doctor's appointment. She shuffled things around and made it happen like a saint. She was so friendly and polite. She went Above & Beyond. Then Sean came out who was the technician. He was so great so polite and fixed all the problems including replacing an opener, putting in a keypad and he replaced the wheels that were squealing and rusty. So quickly he got here and so acknowledgeable. It was a great experience I will always use them now! FYI I am a customer service manager so I know what I'm talking about. Great staff!

It ended up to be a major repair and he did a wonderful job doing the work and got the door working better than ever. And Sean did this with the best attitude and professionalism. We have used Raynor for many years - and this is one example why we stay with them. Wonderful service with wonderful technicians.

He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our door fixed fast and inexpensively. Very neat and organized. He also checked his work a few times before leaving, which I especially appreciated. - SQSuzy QFeb 2, 20265.0Our garage door was giving an excess force message so it wouldn't open. Raynor installed the doors so I called in for help. Johnathan came over right away to inspect the issue. One of the spring components had broken. Johnathan explained that it was too dangerous to try and operate the door so we unplugged it while he ordered the part. Luckily, the new part arrived quickly and Johnathan was back to complete the repair. While he was here, he inspected our 2nd garage door and thouroughly explained the maintenance schedule we need to keep our heavy, wood doors running smoothly. Johnathan is an excellent technician. He's competent and caring. A combination I really appreciate so I have asked that he be our service technician for all future appointments. Thank you Johnathan.

I thought because of the cold . Jonathan arrived right on time shortly after I called . He promptly found the problem - was not cold related- and restored the service and made adjustments as needed. He was done in less than an hour and was throughly professional and pleasant and answered all my questions . The service charge was very reasonable. I am happy to recommend him and the company if you have a garage door problem.
