  Really enjoy working with Raynor Door. They are professional an courteous. Danny (in sales) was even able to use the manufacturer's lifetime warranty to get new doors for us! Raynor is our 'go-to' place for garage doors!

  We absolutely love our new Raynor garage door—it's beautiful, perfectly matching our Cape Cod home, and opens so quietly my daughter calls it a whisper. The entire process with Raynor was easy from start to finish, and the meticulous installer ensured all our car openers were set up while thoroughly explaining the system.

  We are happy with the high quality of the Raynor garage doors. Good experience with the Sales Rep Danny, who came over personally to advice on best model and type. Technician Jeff, did an excellent installation job. Very thorough and neat worker.

  Spouse and I "shopped around" researched a bunch and then met with three Garage Door Contractors. One was a COSTCO approved installer. Liked all three Contractors. Raynor Door Company was not the cheapest and would take a couple of weeks for delivery and installation. But, we "had a good feeling" about Raynor Door Company. Comparing the specifications of the different products, looking at the garage door guarantees and comparing pricing we choose Raynor Door Company. They had installers in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where we live and they just seemed to know more about their Product. Ordered the door on September 15, 2025. Received a call on Tuesday, September 16th from Raynor confirming the order and letting us know the estimated installation date. As the installation date approached, we received a confirmation call and were all set. Old door and tracking were removed on October 9, 2025 and the new door was installed. Original motor was kept. Everything worked as promised and the door is solid, quiet, air-tight and light tight. We choose the upper panel Window option and are very pleased with that decision. Installers were on time, respectful and proud of their work. There were no surprises and we are quite pleased with the results. This door should last another 35+ years! The point is, do not put all your focus on Price. Choose Quality as that will be what you will be thinking about long after the initial reluctance about Price. Hope this helps Folks like us. Be Well.

  Be careful, this is a "bait and switch" company. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment to have my garage open replaced. Initially all went well. Picked out the garage opener (over the phone) I wanted, Raynor said it was in stock and made an appointment to replace on 10/11/25. 3 hours before they were supposed to arrive, I get a call stating Raynor no longer have this unit in stock and for $60 dollars we can upgrade you to a better opener. Asked why I should pay if this was their mistake. Raynor wouldn't budge. Asked them again how could the unit be out of stock? Raynor told me it was discontinued on 10/1/25. Told Raynor if you would have let me know that when it happened, I would have paid the difference no problem. But because you waited until the day of AND a manager would not get on the phone to discuss with me, it's best I cancel the order. Left the call letting them know that Google reviews can be a powerful tool. Wouldn't you know it, 20 minutes later they wanted to talk to me and offer the upgrade unit at the original price I was suppose to pay. Had to tell them I already found another company to install a unit the same day out of Northbrook. The unit that was installed offered a longer guarantee on parts and in total with installation was $175.00 LESS than Raynor. Hey Raynor, I guess I owe you a thank you for not doing your job properly.
