- TKT KNov 20, 20251.0Pure Power appears to have damaged our Generac system. Remote status device worked fine for years before this company did their annual maintenance. Now it won't stop flashing as though no signal though it is only 10 feet away through a large window. Pure Power does not deliver to customers as promised. A hiccup with customer service during an annual Generac maintenance was acceptable, but now they're ignoring me after my Generac is not working as it did before their work.

I bought a house with a generator a few months ago (first time generator owner) and decided I should have the generator serviced to make sure it was working. Tyler came out and did a full service tune up/yearly maintenance on the unit. He informed me about how the unit should operate, the test cycles, and what to look out for in the event that the unit is having an issue. Thank you for the great work team!

I spoke with Heidy to set up our service date over then phone and within 1 week had their technician Randal visit our home. Randal took the time after completing our annual service to speak with us about our generator, required maintenance schedule as well as what we can expect from their company moving forward. I love how well both the office and technicians communicate. Efficient, detailed and very professional. We are glad we made the switch! Thank you Pure Power!

Tyler was great and willing to put in extra time and double checks everything. His dad came out first and maintained the oil change and tune up. I have a Kohler house generator. There is not many places that know kohler. But no matter what brand you have these guys are efficient and kind. Tyler actually took a ride with me to grab a new battery. I am handicapped and wouldn’t be able to carry the battery out the store. The price was very reasonable or great actually. Don’t pass these guys up !!!!
