Often times they walk you through diagnosing the problem before they even show up to make their visit both economical and fast. If you're in the Northshore and work hard they also don't charge you the because you live in a perceived higher income tax. Best thing is if they don't know how to do something like a steam system boiler that's 100 years old they refer great people to help get it across the finish line.
