Louis has been coming to my house for both heating and cooling work and he is always outstanding. Not only does he do excellent and reliable work every single time, but he is also a genuinely good person. He is truly knowledgeable on a wide variety of issues in the home and he has earned my trust many times. One moment that really stood out was when a competing service tried to convince me that I needed to replace my heating system right away. Louis looked everything over and explained that the system still had plenty of life left in it and that I should replace it only when a real issue appeared. That was more than four years ago and I am still using the same system without any problems. His honesty saved me a significant amount of money and showed me the kind of integrity that is hard to find. I really appreciate how he takes the time to explain what is going on and offers helpful insights on anything that might need attention in the house. He is reliable, skilled, and always willing to help. Comfort Air Control and Louis Hanna have my highest recommendation. If you want honest, dependable, and knowledgeable service, they are the ones to call.

He manually started the furnace so our house could stay warm, which was such a relief since we have two young kids. He was super communicative, polite, and took the time to explain exactly what happened and the cost to fix it. He came back first thing Thursday morning with the part and got everything fixed quickly. Highly recommend Jaime. Great service and professionalism!

Wasn’t even Comfort Air Control’s problem our fault but they solved it and fixed it. They’ve added humidity controls to my old furnace when others said it was too tight of a space. These guys are problem solvers that go above and beyond. You couldn’t ask for better service.
