Jacob used their camera and found a crack , turns out we are leaking small amounts of carbon monoxide! Not enough to set off the alarms but eventually life threatening. Their thorough inspection and good explanation probably saved our lives. Get the maintenance contract, ask for Jacob.

The drain was clogged pretty badly and it took him quite some effort to run through the pipe. During the whole process, he was patient and very professional even though he had sweat all over his face. He made my day and I would be able to enjoy my weekend. I am so glad I called AA Service and I am also very glad AA service sent Alan to fix the blogged drain on the same day. I will recommend Alan anytime!
