  AA Service Co. truly came through for us during a major emergency. Late one night around 10 PM, our 20+ unit condo building completely lost heat and hot water due to flooding issues affecting our boilers. I called AA Service Co., and their technician Ed called me back immediately, which alone was incredibly reassuring given the hour. The very next morning (Saturday), Ed was already in our building working on the issue. He took the time to diagnose problems across all of our boilers and was able to get one heating boiler fully operational, restoring at least partial heat while a larger plan was put in place. His professionalism, clear communication, and calm approach made a stressful situation much easier to manage. By Monday morning, once parts became available, Alex came out and completed the remaining repairs. Everything was up and running very quickly, especially considering this started late on a weekend. Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, and it showed in how efficiently the work was handled. We’re now looking into AA Service Co.’s maintenance program and will absolutely use them again. I would confidently recommend them to any condo association, property manager, or homeowner dealing with heating or hot water issues — especially when timing and reliability truly matter.

  AA service and Chris were absolutely wonderful. We had an indoor plumbing issue with water and sewage. They were able to come out the same day and complete the repairs. Chris was very knowledgeable, respectful, thorough and kind. He made sure all our questions were answered. We have been using AA many, many years (even before they changed their name) for various problems. Always trustworthy. Would highly recommend them.

  Iam truly disappointed with AA service. They came to clean out my commercial water heater which they did but in the process damaged my ignition module. They told me it was not turning on properly and they "didnt know why" and I explained to them that my water heater was only 2 years old and never had this issue. Even one of the guys alex had admitted that it was working fine until after they did the cleaning and told me that he would give me a discount and that it "wouldnt cost much" in which greg made a comment to alex pretty much saying that he should have not admitted to that. So the next day i call AA and speak to a woman and explain to her what happened and all she did was blame us and said she would speak to greg and alex and get back to me (which she never did) so when i get the price of the part it came out to $653 with labor included with a discount of $34. I felt like it was such a slap in the face. For you to damage a customers equipment and still make them pay for it is WRONG! Also beware that they will still charge you when the technician is done working and just sitting in his van racking up time so he can get more money which i brought up to the women on the phone and all she said was "well he was still working" just a bunch of dishonest crooks at AA would not recommend.

  From salesman Jim Ford to installers Mike, Brandon and Alec the communication, work and professionalism was 5 star! The supervisor Mike communicated instantly after sale to schedule an appointment which was within days of sale. They communicated on the day of arrival and were on time and worked all day installing furnace and air conditioner. They were neat and made sure all areas in and out were covered and the finished product looked exceptional. Looking forward to our new Lennox furnace and AC and working with this established and reputable company, AA Service Company.

  We’ve happily used AA Service for 15+ years for everything from installation of HVAC equipment to annual maintenance services. Most recently Dewayne performed our winter maintenance and went above and beyond in terms of his thoroughness on the work that needed to be done. He took the time to walk us through what he was doing and what (if any) additional work should be done. When problems were identified he gave us different options to consider and didn’t try to upsell us on solutions we didn’t need. Fantastic customer service skills. He’ll be running AA Service one day!
