Markas came to the house on 5/29, repaired the old door and gave us a quote on a new door. Markas was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He gave us a quote and said that the door would be installed on 5/31. I forgot to ask whether the door panels were insulated. I called the office, left my question and Thomas called back promptly with the answer to my question. The panels are insulated. Markas came on 5/31 to install the new door. Again, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the questions that I had regarding the installation of the door. Markas really knows what he is doing in garage door installation. He made the job look so easy, but I know that it is hard work. He also installed the trim around the door and did a great job. I would recommend R & S Garage Doors to anyone. I am very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the quality of the installation work performed by Markas. Thank you R & S.
