Attitude with no accountability on their services!

I had over 18 bags of trash piling up, creating serious health hazards for my family and neighbors—none of whom had their trash picked up. We were left feeling lost with nowhere to turn, and the lack of communication and disrespect when calling was horrific. No one who pays for service should be treated this way. This situation could have been resolved with proper communication and alternative solutions. Please do better—everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect and to receive the service they paid for. Fortunately, we found a better trash service, and so far, it’s been reliable.
