Dennis Voice was super helpful in getting mea furnace quote. The office was able to get him to come out only an hour after I called. He was mindful of my time and quick to get me an unbeatable quote, while taking the time to fully answer all my questions. I told John the owner wanted the Lenox brand The computer went back and forth. This sum didn't give a physical copy of the contract. The morning came sum and two workers came with a furnace and air conditioner. As two had started to install the furnace and air conditioner I realized the wrong brand was being put in . So John the sum came with the physical copy of the contract after they had started .And said nothing could be done because of contact and work already started He just left out the part that he didn't never got a permit. Side note I wanted Lenox and ended up with a lesser brand in contact and cannot leave may been damaged.the second week I called the office called about sound and John the worker came out . Put some metal in the top part and we hope there are no more surprises. On a three week black clok around piper is now melting. 15,500.00 dollar job with problems and more problems to come. I feel very strongly that my furnace was damaged by the worker and they installed anyways. Because the picture shows an unevenness between both corners . The second picture tape on right side. The three pictures show a scratch going horizontal on the bottom . The four pictures should be a lot clear clok underneath where pierce correct . Keep in mind it is a new furnace. If this company damages it would needs damn tape, an extra clear clok.Now black clok used around the pipe is melting off. Coming out of the bottom furnace. They may get to next week sometime. Hiring this was the worst decision .This company have taken advantage. I'm taking pictures and the expert will know. How bad damage there really is? This company is not trustworthy!Why would they have water going to my craw space? Sub standard I'm sure they wouldn't have a piping water their craw space! And screw in sight.Now the coil is blew out air at the bottom. Only two things cause is physical damage or poor installation.Now I learn that 60 BTU was bigger than my home needed and the speed of fan set to high. Likely the furnace they needed to pond off some woman.
