They kept us informed and explained their procedure, which was very much appreciated. I felt bad for the amount of time they had spent here, and told them I would clean up, but they insisted on cleaning up themselves. Then, because they didn't have a certain cleansing product in their truck, they had another employee, Seth, some over to our house to remove scuff marks on the toilet! He was also very courteous.
