- FFFaisal3 days ago5.0I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Chris, and his assistant, Ray. Both were extremely professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. My home was built in the 60s, so dealing with old ductwork and tight crawl spaces wasn't easy, but they handled everything with patience and expertise. A previous company had installed an expensive system that wasn't the right fit, and Chris and Ray addressed the situation professionally without criticizing anyone. Ray spent hours making sure the system worked properly and provided a comfortable temperature, and he took the time to show my wife how everything works. Chris even returned personally to ensure everything was taken care of properly. With an older home, achieving perfection is tough, but they truly went above and beyond. Unlike many companies that try to oversell, they focused only on what was necessary. I highly recommend them.
