  I had been a customer of the Loud Brothers for three years. On 11/18/25, they performed a regular seasonal maintenance on my office rooftop HVAC unit and I had them install a new Ecobee thermostat. The HVAC was working perfectly before their visit, but a few days later the HVAC unit stopped heating properly leaving my office at 68 degrees for most of the day. They came back out the following week and said “some screws were loose on the unit and a panel slipped down, causing winter air to blow into the office”. This had never happened before so clearly they had forgot to replace this panel during their service call. They also took the new thermostat off the wall, at which point water drained down my wall from behind it (something that has never happened in my 25 years here but was from them leaving the panel off the HVAC unit). They reinstalled the thermostat, said everything was fine, and left. Within an hour, the HVAC stopped heating again. The next day, two technicians returned. They "reset" the HVAC unit and gave me an implausible explanation for the water issue, denying responsibility, swapped in a temporary thermostat, and told me to report the Ecobee as defective telling me not to mention the water damage they caused. Again, within an hour, the HVAC stopped working. I contacted the owner, Kevin Loud, who promised to follow up but never did. He ignored multiple voicemails over several days following this knowing my office wasn’t heating properly and that it was cold out. The Loud Brothers left me with a broken HVAC system and a damaged new thermostat and then ghosted me. I had to hire another company to fix the problems the Loud Brothers caused. Based on this experience, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

If you're looking for an HVAC company that’s legitimate, professional, and truly the best in the business, look no further than Loud Brothers HVAC. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

  Paid to have them install a very expensive part for our boiler system, it never worked right, and they refuse to even come out to look at it. giving me the run around for weeks basically saying they don't know what's wrong with it, though I would think they might figure it out if they actually took the time to come look.

  Fantastic Company that I highly recommend. They are wonderful people, reasonable prices, great service, and very competent. I used them for personal and business use. Call them for your HVAC needs...you won't be sorry!
