  Excellent customer service! Worked with us over a few months to get a design approved that met our needs and the very restrictive requirements of a HOA. Lots of custom detailing and extremely high quality materials. And the install crews are top notch! The dogs give them 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾!!! Highly recommended.

  I contacted Golden Fence after researching different fence companies. They had very good reviews. I made an appointment with Giovanni. He was on time and we walked through my yard reviewing what I wanted. He was prompt in getting me an estimate. The lead time from placing the order until installation was approximately 3-4 weeks, which is what Giovanni had estimated. The installation took one day. I am very pleased with the look and sturdiness of the aluminum fence. The installation crew cleaned up after themselves. Overall a great experience at a fair price.

  Octavio gave us a reasonable price and timing to repair our common fence. The crew arrived and completed the job efficiently and were meticulous in cleaning and hauling away all debris

  We hired Golden Fence. We had a few quotes, some higher and some lower. But a friend of mine recommended them, so we chose them. Overall, the initial contact was quite decent. We already had little experience with fences, including prices and turnaround times, as we live in a new development and someone builds a fence every week. On the day our fence was installed, another company was building fences for three of our neighbors: two vinyl fences and one cedar fence. This company had a crew of six, and that day they decorated two full vinyl fences and concreted the posts on the third property. Golden Fence sent one worker to us, which was a red flag for me. We had already made it clear that we wanted the fence finished quickly because we have two dogs. The very next day, the worker informed us that they wouldn't be able to finish the fence that day. But he assured me it would be 100% finished the next day. I should point out that he started building the fence on Thursday, so he assured me it would be finished by Friday. On Friday, it turned out he wouldn't be finished on Friday because he'd have to add a gate to the fence. He immediately assured me not to worry, that it wasn't him, but his colleague, who was very fast at work, and that he would finish it and come check it out on Saturday, the third day. My gut feeling told me otherwise, so my wife tried to contact Golden Fance and find out if someone would come and finish the job on Saturday. Unfortunately, by Sunday evening, no one had contacted us, and on Sunday, someone replied that someone wouldn't come until Wednesday and might finish our fence. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. First of all, how can you send just one person to do such a job? I look at other companies to see how professional and organized they are. I'd rather pay $200 or $300 extra and have it done in one day, rather than having it take six days. I regret investing the money and time in this company.

  We had an excellent experience with Golden Fence. They came out quickly to give an estimate, followed up and provided professional service and communication every step of the way. The fence is good quality and looks great. Their pricing was in line with the other 3 quotes I got but their personalized customer service sets them apart from their competition. I love that they are a family business who takes pride in their work and company reputation. I would highly recommend them.
