  Had a sewer issue and called Embrich plumbing Co. And they sent out one of their team members, who was able to resolved our issue. I could not have had a better experience with their technician, Darian who was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Darian is an example for anyone in the business to follow.   Man it’s a pleasure to leave a glowing review for a change! So often nowadays, it is not the case. Embrich Plumbing sent out William and Ben, and these guys aside from being consummate professionals, muscled out the old 40 gallons water heater, and went in with a new 40 gallon gas water heater, I believe it was under an hour. Don’t hesitate to call Embrich Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

  Our sewer line was backed up and we had water in the basement. The guys came out and investigated the issue and were able to give us several different options with how they could fix it. 2 days later and everything is flowing as it should be. This was a really great help right now as we have a family member going through cancer treatment! We will use these guys again!

  Every step of the way, from estimate through install went like clockwork. The men made sure we were informed and all options presented, they showed up on time, completed the job efficiently, for even a lower price than the original bid. They reminded us they are available if we have any questions after the fact. We had a reverse osmosis and a separate Halo 5 system installed. We are now lifetime customers!

  Upon discovering a water leak originating from my main water line beneath my front yard, I was uncertain of the appropriate course of action after my father and I dug a hole. Embrich Plumbing provided an exceptionally prompt response, dispatching an advisor to assess the situation the following day, as my water supply had already been shut off by my father. Ched, the advisor, not only addressed the primary issue but also accommodated a couple additional minor repairs I requested, exceeding my expectations for what I initially anticipated would be a line repair. He efficiently scheduled the work within two days. Dalton and Nick subsequently arrived, first completing two repairs in my laundry room before proceeding with the outdoor work. Dalton then provided a comprehensive explanation of the repair options, contrasting a localized repair with a complete line replacement. Following a thorough discussion and several phone calls for both them and myself, we opted for a full line replacement due to the existing galvanized piping. Their team demonstrated a genuine commitment to my best interests, even managing to complete the remaining work the following day, which involved arranging for a specialized boring service beneath my slab foundation. Furthermore, Ched proactively followed up to assist with the financing aspect since our original plans changed. Ched, Dalton, and Nick exhibited exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
