The real issues began when Benji, the owner’s brother, came out for the job. He didn’t introduce himself, was rude, and displayed a clear lack of professionalism. He failed to inspect the work area properly and buried my sump pump pipe under a pile of dirt, causing serious drainage issues. He also chopped up my old cast iron sewer pipe and carelessly threw the sharp, jagged chunks into the backfill — potentially damaging the brand-new line they had just installed. Now I’m left with contaminated, hazardous debris in my front yard. See attached. When I raised my concerns, Benji returned to “assess” the situation, but he was again dismissive, unhelpful, and couldn’t answer basic questions. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I’ve received no response from the office or the owner. At one point, I was even directed to HR and promised a partial refund — only to be completely ghosted afterward. Due to the damage and lack of response, I’ve had to escalate this through formal channels. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
