  At the beginning of winter this year I woke up to a garage door that wouldn't open. I asked a relative who he would suggest to call and he said he has always used Cropps. They put me on their schedule right away and my garage door was quickly repaired by their honest experts just by replacing a spring. I thought I would need a new door and opener but once they replaced the spring it worked like new and continues to work great. For any future repairs or if I need to upgrade or replace my garage door Cropps will be the professionals I call to do the job. Thank you guys.

  I found the office staff to be friendly and willing to accommodate my schedule. As it turned out, I was not able to be home when the technician came to my home but with my approval he got into my garage and fixed the problem. After he fixed my garage door opener he texted me letting me know the job was done. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff.

  My garage door stopped operating properly, and after trying a few minor fixes on my own, I decided to call Cropps based on their strong reputation. I’m very glad I did. From the moment I called, the experience was top-notch. A friendly lady answered the phone immediately, no long hold times, no runaround and got me scheduled quickly. Devan came out to take a look, and he was fantastic. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue quickly, but he went above and beyond by tightening the drive chain, oiling the chain and springs, and giving the entire unit a thorough once-over. He also took a few minutes to explain the history of my garage door opener, its current condition, and what to consider for a future replacement, all without a single bit of pressure to buy something right away. Just honest, straight-forward professionalism. To make things even easier, they allowed me to settle the bill at my convenience. The same friendly lady called the next day, and we wrapped things up quickly. The final cost was incredibly reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend Cropps Garage Door Service and am happy to add my name to their growing list of positive reviews. Ask for Devan............though based on this experience, I’m sure every member of their team is just as qualified and professional.

  Old garage door was original (1973), still in good shape but HEAVY to lift if electric lost and outdated. Went to one place and all I could see were color chips on a piece of paper and no demos to see. Off to Cropps and Anna did it all. Had a ton of demo doors to see. Also a ring of color chips. Ordered and it came in on schedule. Install was set and two gents showed up and it was evident these guys had worked together a lot as not a minute was wasted. They moved as a team. Replaced the rail with new ones, replaced the springs and replaced with new. Kudos to Cropps for DOING IT RIGHT! I highly recommend Cropps.

  Just had a complete door replacement. Wow, does it look great. So glad we added windows. Not only is there a lot more light inside but we have more light on the driveway for visitors like Trick-or-Treaters. Was a smooth and quick process. Thanks Jen, Jeff, Erica, Brandon and Luke. You're a great team.
