He was very respectful and kind and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and inspected all potential problems that could be the cause of our problem. He was up front with the cost and presented several scenarios/plans that could be prioritized and completed. He made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. I will only call on Jim Wagner Plumbing and request Christopher for the service I have received.

I called to get it fixed and they said the technician would charge me $100 just check it out so I said fine whatever. When he arrived, I explained what happened and he said he’d charge $300 to unclog my sink plus the “consultation” $100. I was so desperate and it was my first time getting it this type of work done so i said yes. At the end, I asked the guy why he charge me $400 just to unclog my sink and he said because it was an emergency. He said if i didnt tell them it was an emergency it would have been $150. Im new to at this, but I would have appreciated it if the people I spoke with on the phone told me that there would be a $250premium added, Id be fine with a $100 premium. They did get my sink repair the same day, so thats a plus. This business needs to be more transparent.
