Phoenix was there for us from the start, reassuring us and walking us through the steps that would be required to make the repairs with a detailed, honest, and fair quote. Matt, our project manager, was on top of the project from start to finish. He was attentive, honest, and (most importantly) realistic on our project goals and requirements. Our GC/Builder Nato was also excellent - my wife and I joke that by the time the job was done, we missed having him around! On top of the water damage repairs, Phoenix also offered a very competitive rate to concurrently remodel our Master Bathroom, on which they did a fantastic job. Aside from their GCs, Phoenix employs top flight subcontractors and specialists, from electricians to plumbers - all are professional and efficient. Sincere thanks to the entire team at Phoenix for a job well done - we enthusiastically recommend Phoenix Restoration for any and all remodeling or repair work in the Chicago metro area.

My lower level was flooded, floors, walls and ceiling ruined. Phoenix was there within 15 min. They shut off the water and immediately started the clean up process. Made quick work out of a really bad situation. Phoenix handled the reconstruction as well. top notch job.
