Mark did an inspection, found the best spot for a water softening system, installed the softener in our house, and gave us a rundown on the other services or installations that I asked about with 0 pressure to upsell or condescension. He also taught me about the pipe systems in Chicago and that my house still has lead pipes, then showed me the website to request a free lead testing kit if I wanted to check for contaminants, and gave us a rundown on options for cheaper treatment options if we didn't want to replace the whole line if the tests were positive for lead. He wasn't trying to sell anything and actually recommended a smaller type of system based on my housing situation. They ordered the parts and mark came back to install about a week later. He was very courteous and explained everything I might need to know about upkeep. The softener requires a power source to run the system, so he installed a plug into our light fixture that let us power it without running an extension cord or some other installation, which was nice. He cleaned up after the work was done, and was very nice the whole time. Price was very reasonable for the work done, and I would fully recommend this company for anything related to water treatment.

Our water piping situation in the basement was a bit funky (main water line was in a different room from water heater and drain, and piping was hidden behind a lot of drywall). Mark was so attentive to our unique situation and found a solution to make sure we were hooking it up in the right spot and optimizing water softening capabilities. He also is super friendly and they’ve been so timely in responding to our questions and concerns. Can’t recommend them more!!
