Placed corner guards on my hallway walls so as to not chip the paint. These touches and attention to detail make them stand above the rest. They also used their own water and dump tank - which not all of my previous cleaners did. Very knowledgeable. Also walked through my home to discuss areas of staining or concern. Carpeting was not overly wet and all dried by next morning. I can now see why our local community facebook group recommends them so highly!
