  I really appreciate the timely response and help received from Shake Guys both today and over the past several years. Julio came today to inspect ice damming issues and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Since they installed my roof several years ago, they’ve been back 2-3 times. Both during the installation and after, they’ve always been super-professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Shake Guys for any of your roofing projects.

  Shake guys worked with State Farm in order to secure a settlement covering cedar shake roof, gutters and windows due to hailstorm damage. Josh Laz successfully argued our case to a most favorable outcome. Their work was of highest quality. I highly recommend Shake Guys for dealing with 3rd party payors and/or quality workmanship.

  The Shake Guys did an excellent job replacing my roof. Josh F., the project manager, stayed on top of every detail and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed on time, the crew was professional, and the cleanup was handled very well. Josh even arranged for the driveway to be power-washed to clear the dirt and oil stains from the project. Ryan P. (The sales Manager) had been equally responsive as we went back and forth with the home insurance company to get the proposal approved. Despite them not covering everything at the beginning, Ryan ensured appropriate documentation and Reasoning was shared with them to get the full amount. Todd (from Production) too did a great job. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-managed. I’d recommend them.

  Shake Guys completed a new composite shingle roof for my house using Davinci select shake roof tiles. Overall, the experience was terrific. I worked with Max at the start of the process and he did a great job of explaining options and considerations. There was no pressure and he took his time in explaining what were the various options such as using cedar or composite shingles. I obtained competitive bids and definitely found that Shake Guys were very competitive in pricing. Max made the initial process of getting the roof very easy by working with everyone as needed to assure all proper approvals were in place such as working with my homeowner’s association, permitting and working through the contract process. I also found the billing process was very easy. The personal involved with billing with Shake Guys were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Finally, the best part of the project was the actual roof installation itself. The team was very easy to work with in scheduling the job. Also, they took care of everything including cleaning up impeccably after the project was completed. I also found Julio Sermano who oversaw the overall installation of the roof was absolutely terrific. Any inquiries I had with the roof installation he walked me through patiently and very competently. For example, as we got into the project, I decided it was best to get new skylights. Julio walked me through options to consider with skylights and also found me an extremely competent contractor to perform some of the ancillary work with installing the skylights such as the inside the house carpentry work with the skylights that had to be performed. The roof looks terrific and I am so happy I picked Shake Guys!

  We had great experience with Shake Guys for successfully replacing our old, worn wood shake roof with a new, beautiful synthetic Brava roof. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional. The project's success is largely owed to our Project Manager, Josh F. He was simply outstanding. Josh ensured the entire project was hassle-free, keeping everything on time and running efficiently. He was not just responsive, but proactively kept us informed and always went the extra mile to address any concerns. Knowing we had such a dedicated, knowledgeable point person made all the difference. He truly makes the process feel effortless. Equally commendable were Max (Sales Manager) and Todd (Production Manager). Max set the stage with his clear, honest approach, providing a perfect overview of the Brava product and managing expectations with total professionalism. Todd ensured the installation crew executed the plan flawlessly and very professional in his communications. If you are considering a roof replacement, look no further. The entire Shake Guys team, especially Josh, Max, and Todd, delivers exceptional service and a five-star final product.
