    Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Heating and Cooling! After my new Trane system was installed by another HVAC company, I started having trouble and called them back out. They told me I needed a new motor and even with the warranty, they quoted me approximately $700 for the installation. That seemed unreasonably high to me so I started calling other local Trane dealers for estimates. I’m so glad I did. I was fortunate enough to speak with Lara at Mr. Heating and Cooling. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me schedule an appointment. Mike came out today—he even brought a new motor in case it was needed—but said he wanted to inspect the unit first before replacing anything. Within five minutes, my furnace was running again—it just needed a simple adjustment. I was shocked another company tried to upsell me, but so grateful for the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of Mike and the Mr. Heating and Cooling team. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that truly values their customers and does what’s right instead of what’s profitable, look no further than Mr. Heating and Cooling. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business! Thank you Lara and Mike!
