The problems and the repairs were explained to me so I completely understood the issues. Then I was shown the now completely corrected tub/shower and toilet. He even showed me how a needed repair for a flap and my problem would look. The bathroom was completely cleaned and all garbage removed. I was also given a possible price range when I made my appointment and before work took place so I had an idea of the commitment I was making. The actual cost was right in the middle and less than I was fearing for two plumbing problems. I would definitely use Excellent Plumbing again.
