  Brennan has been doing my HVAC work for about a year now. I have been very pleased with their service and timeliness. Brennan also recently just started doing plumbing work for me and my rental business over the past two months. Thier responsiveness and quality of work on the Plumbing side has been exceptional. For example, I had a pipe break at a house at 8:30 p.m. I called and they were there by 9:15 on an emergency call. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with their service thus far.

  so my grandparents would have this outfit here to do a lot of HVAC maintenance. I didn't think anything about it until I had to started to deal with them. Before, I had always had pleasant interactions when I worked with them but now I'm questioning things. we had a storm where it fried our central air in the middle of summer. I have had them out twice and each time they told me to keep calling them so they can figure this out. no resolution. they just see it as a means to making money. I have spent 1100 dollars on replacement parts. no resolution. it's 84 right now in my bedroom with all my windows open. I have been suffering in this heat now since July. they insist they will figure it out with each call my bills get longer. I can't justify a 2000 or 3000 bill without replacing the whole unit... with what I spent so far im almost there. I wouldn't do business with them again. I warn everyone out there if you choose this outfit your bill will keep getting longer before you ever get a resolution... follow-up review - so I had a claims adjuster out to do a second opinion on the hvac. someone had disconnected the condensator line and let it leak into the heater core. the whole furnace is toast now. I spent 1200 bucks on a fix that these people claimed would be THE fix. The tech also said that anyone with any experience with hvac would be able to tell the issues. Brennan just saw cash signs and cashed in on me. it cost me 1200 bucks. this is my 4th year without heat and now I have to find the money to replace the whole system. thank you for your lackluster service.

  Best Heating and A/C in Town! Had Furnace Problems 2 Days before Christmas! From the Time I Called, they had everything up and Running less than 4 Hours! Great Company! Thank You!
