He showed me that a part was needed as was not performing as it should have and he personally took charge and followed thru ordering what was needed. Within the week the part was in and AMBER from the office personally called and arranged for the next Tech to come out the very next day!!! This time WILFREDO C. came out and again I wanted to be involved observing what was being replaced. Wilfredo C. was very informative and I briefly watched and as with Juan C. I knew my furnace was getting great care from HOEKSTRA. I purchased the entire HVAC system from them and feel that they hire and train great technicians and highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
