He was able to help us get the design we wanted. Kyle and Austin were amazing helping us out with the design of our deck and keeping us up to date with the construction updates and answering any questions along the way. When it came to the construction Mike, Taylor and Brad did an amazing job delivering on the deck of our dreams! Mike was an absolute perfectionist in the best of ways. Our deck is perfect and Mike made sure every detail was done with the upmost care. Mike, Taylor and Brad were very hard workers and finished up our gorgeous deck in no time. I am beyond pleased with our deck and has been getting many compliments from the neighbors! Overall this was just an amazing experience from start to finish. Even with the material delays from Trex the Platinum team kept us updated on all the progress every step of the way. I would highly recommend Platinum to anyone looking for an amazing Trex deck!

The work started when Kyle called and moved up my start date.I was thrilled! And he followed through with the crew’s work frequently. Austin and his team started Thanksgiving weekend, and worked until the December 29th. Through cold, ice, howling winds, they persevered and did a meticulous job! I now have a brand new AZEK deck with a 50 year warranty Thanks to a great team!
