The techs are professional, reliable - always arriving on time, thorough - never taking shortcuts, and without exception friendly and courteous. Recently, while servicing my furnace, Dale pointed out that my water heater had a small leak that I hadn’t noticed. I immediately arranged for a plumber, but if Dale hadn’t called the leak to my attention I could have had a major problem. The leak was totally unrelated to his furnace inspection, but he took the time to not only point it out but to explain possible causes and the importance of having a plumber check it out. I can’t thank him enough. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Custom Air.

I’ve even referred my family who has recently used this company As well and had exactly the same outcome. Five stars are not enough for this friendly dependable company.
