Eric was prompt in problem solving the issue and resolving it. While working on our water heater, Eric pointed out that we had a missing a component that prevented hot water reaching the other side of the house. I just assumed the hot water just took a long time to warm up. He installed the correct part and now my boys are so happy now to get hot water quickly to their shower! We always call Village Plumbing for all our plumbing needs - broken sump pump pipe; sump pump battery back ups; hot water issues, etc.
