My heat went out during the night and I spoke to Danial on the phone after-hours who helped walk me through some steps I could take to try and temporarily resolve the issue myself to save the cost of the emergency service fee. It worked! We found a fix, and i was able to go to bed with heat again. Today Ben came out and found the real source of the issue, and also educated me about how to keep my filters cleaner for longer in my furnace. They were in an out in less than an hour, and we found a payment solution that worked for me too! Overall I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be using Effective Air for all my future furnace/HVAC needs!

I really appreciated his honesty, instead of just caring about cost he and his boss Rodrigo cared for my family's safety and warmth. Thank you thank you thank you Peter and Rodrigo! Effective Air is the way to go over other big companies. They really provided the extra care my husband, father, and myself (also our 6 year old golden) needed!
