Mike explained everything about the new unit and how to clean filters and work the new mini split. When they were done I am pretty sure the area was cleaner than it was when they showed up. They were both very courteous and mindful of our property always wearing booties when the came back in the house laid down a drop cloth to catch and drywall dust and debris. Will definitely suggest everyone to use them in the future she

The install itself went fine and the price was reasonable, but the customer service afterward was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. There was an installation error that caused power to be shut off to my entire property. Edelman did fix the issue, and at first they told me the invoice for the repair would be waived since it was related to their workmanship. Instead, I was repeatedly billed for it and eventually threatened with collections if I didn’t pay. This was only resolved after I opened a BBB complaint, at which point it was blamed on “miscommunication between departments.” Throughout the process, I found the communication extremely poor. Jaime in particular was rude, dismissive, and completely invalidating of the situation. While the actual install team did good work, the back-end service and customer care were unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won’t be using Edelman again and I cannot recommend them to others unless they’re willing to deal with the runaround and very poor customer service after the
