They said that they would have to charge me the overtime rate which Over $400. Fair during regular hours. I then called another company that was able to diagnose and fix it. They charged $100 for the diagnosis. And they were open till 6 PM so you guys are rip off artist two stars so it’s harder to delete

He took the time to explain possible causes, the reasoning for each, and the best path forward. He was courteous, mindful, and highly knowledgable. Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that the same individual who did the estimate also was assigned the actual job. Highly recommended!
