I really appreciated that he patiently explained everything to me, answered all my questions (sometimes more than once!), until I clearly understood all of my options. I also appreciated that he gave me multiple quotes at different price points, so I could make an educated decision about investing more upfront, or putting off some work until later. The day after the shower repair, I had a general contractor patch up the wall and install an access panel, per Nick's recommendation. Even the GC said "they did really good work". I hope I don't need them for a good long while, but I will be calling Goode for my next plumbing need.
