Jason is great and is willing to take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and answer any questions you might have. I needed a new well because I was getting sand coming up through my old one. Jason did make one attempt at raising the pump which did solve the problem temporarily, but it came back. Jason said this would likely happen. Once we had arranged for the new well, my old pump seized up and we had no water. This was on a Saturday night. I called and they were out Sunday and put in a rebuilt pump to get us by until the new well could be finished. We were without water for less that 24 hours. The well work had to be done around sub freezing weather which caused them to have to start and stop a lot, but every opportunity they had they were out working until late at night. Even though the thought of being without water is extremely stressful working with Jason was great under the conditions. I would definitely use them again.

Had a problem with low water undoubtedly caused by drought. Was not given estimates for cost of service and was being upsold most likely due to the fact that we were seniors. No option or quotes on prices of holding tank but a very high priced one installed which did not even solve the problem. Their next step was to say the well needed a higher horse powered pump and only after questioning were we told that we were looking at $9,000.00 that day, and yet there was no guarantee that it would work and we might need to try to get hooked up to city water! Had we gone along with it, we were expected us to pay that amount that day. Really? You're going to charge $9,000.00 for work that might not even solve an undefined problem and then we'd still need to pay to get a hook up to city water? Seems a bit off. We stopped them at the work for for holding tank and time and labor for the boom, which was still quite a bit. They need to communicate and let people know what costs they are looking at before starting such important work. Seemed like they were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. Who doesn't expect an estimate for parts and labor before having work done? Would not recommend this company.

We had a leak that ended up bursting a pipe at our house about 6 months ago. Called Suburban well to come check it out. They fixed the issue and all was good. About 2 weeks ago the leak came back so we called them again to inspect the leak. They were there all of 10 minutes and told us they didn’t know where the water was coming from and had no other insight or suggestions on the matter. Considering this was a leak they had previously fixed on a large job, I was hoping they would have been a courtesy check. But they gave me a nice fat bill with no explanation on the current running water and were out of dodge. I was given the number of the owner so I called him to ask about the bill. He is very hard to get a hold of. Ended up getting a response via text message saying he would call me, again that was 2 weeks ago. Never got a call or any other response after that. Texted him again, no response. Very frustrating.
Overall bad experience. They were not very good at communicating and just bad customer service, they left my basement dirty and muddy, they did not seem to be very knowledgeable on diagnosis, they just did the easy job and took off. I will be going with another Well company from here on out. I would NOT refer them to anyone.

So a few days after posting this review, guess who finally contacted me? Funny how that works. The owner texted me and asked if I would be home after work. Unannounced and uninvited he shows up at my house! While I did not appreciate this I did hear him out. He told me I don’t know what I was talking about, told me everything had been explained to me, and he even told me he spoke to my fiancé when he could not get a hold of me, not true. He came over to ask me to remove the review. I believe that was the only reason he stopped by.
I did not appreciate the customer service at all. Showing up uninvited, talking to me in a demeaning way, and making up a reason why he didn’t call me back. I am done with this company.
