Luis was very thorough in his review, patiently explaining the issues, showing pictures and helping me to understand not only the issue but the system. Didn’t end up doing any repair work today, but scheduled for a follow-up to explore replacing the system because it’s at end of life. Luis clearly outlined our repair options and made sure I was comfortable with understanding each of them.
