Clean-up was top-notch, both inside our home and in our driveway where they worked out of their box truck. They were both very knowledgeable & friendly. This was the first time we've used KATS, but we'll be loyal customers for regular maintenance!

Working directly with Giovanni and Anthony to arrange the best plan for our home was a professional and accommodating experience. They were incredibly patient to teach us about heating & cooling our home efficiently. They guided us on developing a cost-effective plan to update our ancient, rusted system to address safety concerns. Our experienced furnace technician, Eddy, was knowledgeable and professional. He was approachable with any of our questions and was clearly dedicated to delivering his best work. Eddy singlehandedly replaced our furnace and installed an Ecobee thermostat in one day. We're looking forward to continuing services with Kats!
- JJJB13Dec 14, 20255.0You can't go wrong with Gio and his team at Kats Heating & Cooling! Furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving!! Gio came out that day but unfortunately my old furnace was done for. He was able to find a temp solution to keep me warm until his team showed up first thing Friday morning. Excellent communication & excellent support. Kats is wonderful! Kats also came out a week earlier to check my non-working gas garage heater. Thank goodness I called them ... there were cracks in the unit that could have caused a carbon monoxide leak!
