Kathy and Megan provided excellent customer service. Lio and his coworker did an amazing job with the install. We had just had the walls freshly painted and we requested they be careful. I could tell they were being extremely cautious, even carrying the large rolls of carpet up our narrow staircase...and to my surprise, not one scratch or chip on any of the paint. The finished product is beautiful. We couldn't be happier.

Kathy was great in the beginning with suggesting different color floor options, sending quotes back quickly and then Megan was easy to work with from measuring to setting up install.
