I had the best experience with Woods from the salesman Brad and the Manager Christian to the finish of the project! They are not the most expensive company but they ARE the best I am waiting for my concrete to dry so stay tuned. I will refresh my review thanks guys.

The initial inspection consisted of Matt coming by walked me through the work that needed done in my basement. I got rescheduled two times and I mean bumped up so my job was done ASAP. The installation crew just left my house and I'd have them back as friends. They were incredibly efficient and again extremely friendly. If you don't call woods you may regret it. 5 star work everyone! Thanks again to everyone for making me and my home a priority.

He is very thorough taking the time and went above and beyond to help with questions and concerns. I felt he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with this service and made adjustments to the things I needed help with. I highly recommend him and Woods basement for crawlspace encapsulation. I recently have recommended this company to a family member and they are scheduled to have a consultation to start the process for their crawlspace encapsulation.

Someone did come out and take a look at it but no follow up was done after that! It took us two months to get an appointment scheduled and when we got an appointment on the books, no one showed up for it! We called and talked to several people going back and forth for a two hours! They had an excuse of the job before us went longer than expected. We finally talked to Sarah and she put us on the books for the following Monday at 8:30 am. Well, here we are at 9:45 on that Monday and no one has showed up AGAIN! I called and talked to Sarah again and she gave me another iconic excuse of the truck, that was on our route, broke down this morning. Whenever they say they will call you back, they won’t!! They always have an excuse. It’s like they spin a wheel and whatever it lands on, that’s the excuse they give. Apparently, they don’t care about their clients!! Don’t use this company!! I wanted to keep on them to get this work done but it’s very frustrating. I have wasted so much time with this. They are hoping that you will just go away. You know word of mouth of the best way of getting people to not choose your company.
