Juan and his team came out to install a perimeter drain, water guard and a new sump pump in our crawl space due to water issues when it rains. The work they did was quick, clean and professional - leaving the space cleaner than it was when they arrived. Not to mention they were all incredibly kind as well. They seem very confident that this work will fix our issue and I am so relieved. Our initial appointment before the install with the tech, Zachary, was also wonderful. Would absolutely recommend.

Had my sump pump system installed today. The install crew was great. They listened to my concerns. I can only give a 2 star review today because the discharge is causing puddling/flooding in my yard, already. The lid will not stay on the drain pipe because the water has no where else to go. I made my concerns known and documented it on the paperwork that an eye needed kept on the discharge. I'm sure Blake(I left him a message) will get back with me for a solution. Hopefully, I'll be able to update this review.

Bradley gave me a quote on a drainage issue for our converted garage. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the silt plate and sump pump solution to fix it, but it's the only option available from Woods because you can tell they don't deal in half measures, which I respect. When I can afford it I am going to have Woods solve the silt plate issue and install the sump. Highly recommend them for a quote if nothing else, as it's not their fault that some problems are expensive to solve.

I have never been one for bad reviews but I am at my limit, this company has absolutely horrible communication and work ethic and can never call you back. We have had issues in the past with this company but this is ridiculous. Woods came to do work on early February 13 2026, they cut off my ice guards at both drainage sites around my house, and replaced with straight pipe, woods then left, turns out the glue did not set to seal the pipe firmly and that then created a massive explosion of water right outside my home leaking out of the new pipe woods installed, I called and spoke about the issue, then woods came back with more workers, they added some "temporary" fixes by adding long drain lines leading away from my home of straight pipe just laying in my yard from both the areas where they cut the ice guards. Woods said they would dig new drainage lines deeper since woods themselves said whover did it last time did it incorrectly by not digging them deep enough. There is now water pouring out of the drain lines they cut and left open that they couldn't be bothered to seal. Now every time the sump pumps activate waters pours straight into my yard right next to the foundation right outside our bedroom window and it is continuously soaked and wet, we cant sleep due to the noise right outside our windows, lots of sounds of bubbling and rushing water as it comes out of a completely unsealed and open drain pipe. I have called half a dozen times now and keep getting the run around being bounced from one department to the next, they said they would call in 2 weeks, nothing, then they said 1 week, nothing, then they said the today well call to schedule, still nothing, twice ive been told "well call you back today" and they never did.I have called so many dam times and I still can't get an answer as what is going to be done about this massive issue that they created! It is now near the end of March and still have not yet heard back about this. I just keep getting the same run around answer ive been getting, "emails were sent and they will get back to you as soon as possible." There is no excuse for such a poor lack of communication, woods came, they messed up, then they would come back to fix with follow up work and now have just ultimately disappeared. Unacceptable. All I want is this nightmare to be over but I cant get the help I need from this company. I dont understand what more I could possibly do to expedite the process. I am at my wits end. I strongly urge anyone and everyone to stay away from this company, they will leave you in the dust with the very damage they created and not help. Pictures and video below of said "work and temp fixes" EDIT: Owner replied on monday saying they would be in contact with me when I posted this review. It is now Thursday of the same week, still no contact. Make of that what you will but still lack of communication.

Our sales guy Bradley was very knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. When we called to find out when we could schedule the work a couple days later we were on hold for 20+ minutes listening to an early 1900's song about Woods Basements (presumably, the audio was choppy), an exuberantly happy man apologizing for the wait and describing their products, and a lady gaslighting us into believing the hold wait time was less than 1 minute. Will update my review once actual work has been completed.
