  My experience with Woods Basement Systems was wonderful. Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Three piers were installed to stabilize my crawlspace and my crawlspace was encapsulated. My crawlspace looks so clean and with new sump pumps and a dehumidifier I’m thrilled to have my moisture problems solved. A new window well and buried gutter and sump pump lines make my yard look so much better as well. Thank you!

  Incredible service and workmanship. Very respectful to occupied residence, keeping the area clean inside and out from debris. The crew worked seamlessly as a team, and kept the homeowner informed of progress along the way and through completion. Highly recommended.

  Well, we had an appointment at 8:30 AM today for the crew to come out and do their work on our driveway at 9:00 AM. We called and said hey what’s going on the lady that answered said oh I’m the only one here and they’re running late they may be able to make it by 10 o’clock. Will call you when we’re three minutes out. What a way to start out with a new customer. I’m not sure about these people. I’ll leave a better review when they complete the job if they get here. Now we get a call bumping it up ANOTHER hour!😔😤 I hope they show up this time. This is the third appointment they made today today. What a company stay tuned for further review reviews. UPDATE, Two men showed up a little after 11 AM and started working on the driveway. I feel they did a pretty good job the best they could but told me now that it would not be completed today after all this we’ve had to go through so they said now they said they’re gonna come back tomorrow and finish it. We’ll see stay tuned and I’ll update this again tomorrow. Hopefully the job will be done.

  The crew that came out to do the work was fantastic! They did a great job, were efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were done. These guys get 5 stars. I would recommend them without any reservations. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the customer service from people in the office. The two stars are for the customer service that we did not receive, except for the last two individuals that I spoke to the day before our work was completed. It was almost a comedy of errors - work that should have been completed in July was not completed until 3 months later. The original contract work was not completed because the crew that came to the house said they would not do it and left without any explanation as to why. We were sent a new person to explain to us why the work would not be completed and a new contract was drawn up at triple the price! After some back and forth, we signed a contract toward the end of July, but never heard from anyone to schedule work. I called in August to hopefully get something scheduled before I went back to work and found out the contract was never completed, or submitted, on the Woods end. I did not hear from anyone again until I called 2 weeks later to follow up. Fortunately my husband had a copy of the contract and emails (which would come in handy later). By this time, we had to have the work scheduled on a Saturday due to both of us working during the week. This was explained when we set up the new contract. We were then contacted and given a bit of attitude when they could not schedule the work when they wanted to during the week. Finally got the work scheduled for a Saturday in October, only to get a call the Friday before saying that we owed a lot more than our contract was for. It took several hours and my husband sending the emails with the exact price we were going to pay per the manager, for someone to agree that was what we owed. I am just disappointed in the customer service and lack of follow up. Woods has such a great reputation and has been working on our house for years. We inherited the warranty when we bought the house this year.
