- LKLee Kellogg5 days ago5.0I belong to the Tiger Cub Club, which enables me free biannual maintenance checks. Today was a maintenance check. Sky is my Service technician and he does such a marvelous job every time he’s here. I had an AC installed by Tiger a few months ago and today it was the heater maintenance, which took about a half hour. Sky sit down with me at the end of the inspection and discussed what he found and what I may need to do in the future. The decision was all mine. I highly recommend Tiger Services.

When he realized the issue at hand was more complicated than expected he called his boss to explain and they are coming back tomorrow with a more qualified person who’s dealt with our type of situation before. We greatly appreciate the honesty from Dustin and making that call to get us properly taken care of! I’ll give an update review once project is complete but so far, we’re happy we made the decision to go with Tiger!

And they had backup plans if needed due to age of our plumbing. They were very professional, polite, and personable. They definitely know their profession. It’s so nice to have a dry basement and know we can easily shut off our water and not see dripping pipes. Thank you!

My water cut off valve, both bathroom shower valves, new laundry bibb’s and replace old fridge water shut off valve. All done in one day. Tristen was friendly, professional and a busy “bee”. When he was done other than no more leaks, you would never know he was ever there! Cost was a little higher than I guessed but WAY WORTH it. Pease of mind knowing the job was done right. Thank you Jayden and Tristen.

With low temps and a sick child at home, I was so happy to find Tiger Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning! They were able to send someone out within a few hours. Mike was extremely professional and figured out our problem - a bird's nest in the ducting! We now have heat and the cost was extremely affordable! .... the best!!
