- NBNancy BenjaminOct 10, 20253.0Very disappointing. They did one of my fences and did fine (although they didn't care about a brand new board that was split, they just came back and glued it). But when I called to have one fence post replaced, you'd think they'd want to keep an old customer. Instead a very matter-of-fact sales guy quoted me an outrageous price, and could care less. Evanston Fencing did it for a reasonable price in an hour! I'd highly recommend Evanston Fencing. I don't feel like Top Line cares about their customers and their pricing is out of line.

Top Line Fence removed my ugly falling down wooden fence and replaced it with a beautiful vinyl fence. They hauled all the old fence and posts away. They installed the vinyl fence with posts going into cement with metal rods. My fence is beautiful. Neighbors complimented how nice it looks. Top Line guys were professional, politely answered my questions, and cleaed up my yard better than it looked before they came. I can not express how happy and satisfied I am with Top Line. I am proud to refer my friends and neighbors to use Top Line.
