- BSBen StaplesOct 8, 20253.0I’ve opted out multiple times but keep getting solicited for a review so I guess I’ll give one. Heat Cool came to service a steam boiler in a 3 unit property last season. We were experiencing a shut off problem from a faulty / dirty flame sensor. The tech that came was a nice guy but could not or would not swap the sensor out. He did a nice cleaning and a long purge but that was it. I’m expecting the problem to continue this upcoming season. It has been hard to find a steam boiler maintenance provider that knows their stuff. I am not planning to use heat cool again.
