They did not make this appointment either. When I called this morning a man picked up and said that they don't do morning appointments. I asked why the lady had scheduled them and he just started yelling at me at the top of his lungs - at a normal question ! Hurling insults and screaming, completely unprovoked. I have never had an experience like this. It was quite scary and disturbing and I am still shaking from being attacked like that.

I don't understand why they were making appointments if they had no intention of ever keeping them. Strange kind of business they are running here.

There was little to no communication, they were late on the install date and did not tell me until the day before, & they completely ignored our request to keep the sink cut out for a cutting board (even though we were told we would have it). They have also been incredibly hard to get ahold of after installation when addressing an issue. Had higher hopes but ultimately ended disappointed and will not return.
