  Had a last minute situation with a water heater. Sam was the best at getting out here and had it fixed fast. Customer for life now based on that. Also has the best business cards to boot! Highly recommended!

  I called Sam at Furnace Doctors after hours I explained the situation and he said I will be there in 20 minutes.He was actually here in less than 5. He didn't try and take advantage as some companies will do with the elderly or the disabled Not Sam he was amazing explained everything as he was repairing it went over some self maintenance just thankful and grateful for his service thanks sam

  Hired these guys to check on a 37yr old furnace and found out I needed to replace mine. They were very accommodating and quick to get the new one in, but they did fail to plan for a place to put the filter. Other than that, they have been good to work with. They are always willing to help out when things to wrong. They even came out once to fix my heater while I was on vacation.

  Our a/c quit working on Saturday evening during a heat advisory for our area. I called Furnace Doctors and was told they were actually working in our area and could be at our house within 30 minutes. The technician, Sam, replaced the cooling fan motor in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was amazing that he had all the parts needed on his truck since our unit is 23 years old. The bill for the after-hours repair was very reasonable. He is our hero!
