This young man was called out to my house at 11:30pm on a Sunday night because my furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. It was -7 outside w/out the windchill. He was very friendly and diligent. He stayed for 2.5 hours checking on things and found the problem. The air intake coming out of the roof was blocked with snow! I couldn't believe it. Cort climbed up a ladder onto my snow filled icy roof, and cleaned out the snow from the intake pipe. He stayed for an extra 30 minutes or so to make sure that everything was working and that the furnace got the house back to temperature. He made sure the job got done and I had heat that night. I couldn't thank him enough. Castle- keep this young man around. I'd trust him again any day. BTW, this is the first google review I have ever written, so you know this made an impression on me. Thank you Cort for everything! I hope you are the one to inspect my system next time.
- CMCiaran Maloney6 days ago5.0When in the process of selling my house, I was informed my sewer line inside my house had a major crack on the cast iron pipe (original from when the house was built) I called Castle Heating & Air (who replaced my whole HVAC in 2024) and they sent a plumber by the name of Sean. The crack was more severe than expected around a Y-joint that led underground to a cast iron hub. Thankfully, due to Sean's hard work and determination, he was able to cut out the Y-joint and dig down to the hub without digging up much concrete, or cracking the cast iron hub. By far the most skilled plumber I've had the pleasure of hiring, and will use Castle Heating & Air again in the future! Huge thanks to this company, and Sean!
