This consists of them coming in the Spring to make sure my air-conditioner is clean and working including the thermostat (which needed a new battery) and my mini-split in the garage is clean and ready. They installed the mini split and I love it! Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The annual service also includes a check in the Fall so that everything is ready for the winter including filters, thermostat and humidifier. They are a great company who is great to work with. Definitely 5 Star service.
