Very slow to respond and generate report; report failed to provide any unit-specific evaluating of ceiling conditions and was so riddled with grammatical and factual errors as to be deemed unreliable and not useful. Perhaps this company is more attentive to larger clients/projects, but we were absolutely disappointed. Our concerns were expressed and ignored.
