- BAB AOct 18, 20254.0Chris Conway was good to work with, always answered my questions. The crew replacing my roof tried to work in the dark and the craftsmanship showed. Ridge cap not fully nailed down, used several damaged shingles, damaged my soffit, and the flashing around my chimney looked like amateur hour. I did just say looked like amateur hour. The crew did come back the next day to finish the work. Had them come back later to fix the ridge cap, replace damaged shingles and fix the flashing around the chimney. I did accept the roof and make final payment, but still having to get on my roof and nail down shingles were the nail gun did not. Gutter installation was good
